Your generous donation will allow Hungry Souls to continue to Feed, Educate and Serve day in and day out.
On average, it takes $100/month to feed one of our kids. As we continue to add more kids to the program our budget grows. But, as our program grows, we are able to buy foods in bulk and reduce our weekly costs.
Our current budget need for 2018 is slightly over $80,000. Our goal is to subsidize some of this with grant funding but we rely heavily on your generosity. You can make a one time, periodic or monthly donation and all are tax deductible.
There Are Three Ways to Donate Financially to Hungry Souls:
You may donate electronically through Paypal.
You can mail a check to the address at the bottom of the page.
You can set up an automatic funds transfer through your bank. Contact us for details.
We will also periodically ask for “in-kind” donations. These may include; food for our kids, backpacks/school supplies, reusable grocery bags, Christmas gifts, coats, and shoes. Stay tuned to our Facebook page for such announcements.
Every week we use an incredible amount of reusable plastic bags to transport food to our families. Donation of plastic bags keeps us from having to purchase them from the store.
Since our meals are planned several months in advance we can target food drives to 10 specific needs each week. This allows food drives to be the most effective. To schedule a food drive, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
